Accommodations
Each air-conditioned studio has an independent entrance and includes a veranda, an equipped kitchenette, and a seating/dining area. The en suite bathroom is supplied with free toiletries. Accommodations are cleaned daily by the housekeeping staff.

Masseria Valente is an 18th-century masseria set within a 37-hectare garden that includes an organic farm producing fresh vegetables. The property has a renovated underground oil mill where guests can take a free tour and taste the olive oils. Some of the olive trees in the grove are over 1000 years old and hold national monument status.

A daily buffet breakfast includes a range of sweet and savoury local foods and is served either in the dining room or outdoors on the terrace. The on-site restaurant offers dinner with a selection of local wines and a tasting menu of regional starters. Regional products, including olive oil produced on the farm, are available for purchase.
